Anonymous asked Were you ever an emotional eater? If so, how did you get away from it? What type of diet do you have now?

Oh man did I binge when I was sad, bored, depressed or any other emotion that would strike. Of course life isn’t perfect and emotions are inevitable but if I couldn’t shut them off I surely wasn’t going to eat/snack as I use to. Rather than eating a tub of ice cream with all the rich sweets I could find in my kitchen or large bag of chips I now keep fruit, veggies or many other healthy snacks to choose from. I don’t deprive myself though, I do have my guilty snacks from time to time just not how I use to.

I workout 5-6days a week but if necessary I take out my frustrations at the gym for a 2nd session that day.

I eat as clean as possible. I plan out my weekly meals. I eat lots of vegetables, chicken, oats, fruits etc and drinks lots of H20 😉

Today’s focus was upper body 💪 I’m extremely impatient, but I know that with consistency and determination results will come. Can’t wait to see what a month will bring….

🎉 Happy Thursday my Sexy Beasts 🎊These were my favorite little black shorts and I will no longer be able to wear them. My glutes and thighs no longer permit it, so I will have to go hunting for another more suitable pair. 

I will continue doing what I do even if it means I have to buy a whole new wardrobe once again LOL

Lower Body (Gluteus Maximus) Workout

A few followers have been curious as to the thickness of my lower body and trust me when I say that it comes with hard work.

Below is my workout:

I workout 5-6 days/week and my lower body workouts consist of: squats 4 sets 8-12 reps, starting at 95lbs up to 205lbs on my last set, max 265lbs; box squats 4 sets 8-12 reps, up to 115lbs last set; dead lifts 4 sets 8-12 reps, up to 185lbs; leg press 4 sets of open & closed and single legs 8-12 reps, up to 430lbs; sumo squats 4 sets 20 reps, starting w/ 40lbs-60lbs dumbbells; lunges 4 sets 12-16 reps, 95lbs each set.

In addition, calve raises, leg curls and extensions (open & closed legs), 4 sets 8-12 sets, up to 110lbs. Stair Master: level 4-5, 25-30 minutes.
